synergetic, awroe, knirirr, darwinian_man, thalassius, fhtagn and shimgray on my flist, I still catch myself thinking of phatsam as the only bloke on my friends list...
Mebbe it's all the drinking beer and watching football posts, althought I didn't think I was that shallow. And in that case,knirirr's motorbike and martial arts posts ought to be just as convincingly blokish.
Anyway. Having insulted the masculinity of a large proportion of my male friends, was there anything I actually wanted to say?
I'm sitting here spreading soft cheese on pitta bread with a fork.
My essay title for Elisabeth for next week is almost literally 'go away and write 2000 words on anything at all'. The actual theme is History and Usage of the English Language, but she didn't even hand out a reading list. Apparantly they're easy to find online.
Restoration Tragedy keeps being less totally spectacularly shite than I'm expecting.
And in general, today sucks considerably less than yesterday did.
