For Those Of You That Are Still Reading This In The Hopes I May Say Something Useful Or At Least Informative About Myself:
I've just finished an English degree at Oxford. Now I'm at music college doing a performance masters as a singer. I work with disabled people at a community centre in Tottenham.
I'm a geek and a weekend-goth when the mood takes me. I love scifi and fantasy, I role play. I've got one of those unfinished novels. I'm (often) a poet and (occassionally) a playright, but mostly I write fanfic - I love slash, 'what ifs', AUs and crossovers, fic that takes itself more-or-less seriously. I love meta and fanacademia, writing about writing, and the mechanics and metaphysics of fandom.
I play the piano badly and spend far to much time composing unplayable symphonies. I'm extremely political - a lefty and a feminist - and I love arguing, campaiging and generally attempting to make the world a better place. I talk too much. And I occasionally have something of a hero-complex. I have people living in my head. Everyone should have an imaginary friend or two... or... how many is it now? No, I've completely lost count. I'm bisexual, and god do I HATE that word. But I fancy girls and guys. So shoot me. Anything else? I'm an Arsenal fan and an RPS fan, and I'm still in mourning for the loss of the OTP that was Henry/Pires.
Largely what I'm writing at the moment is lrp related. In my journal, you will find fic including slash and non slash, in about three billion different fandoms from football to Firefly, and the odd bit of original writing - but it's less common than random babblings and whinging about my life.
That's all I can think of to say for now. Did I mention I talk to much....?
