Am in halifax. Have no laptop, no reading book, no note and the tv only has three channels and I'm boooooored. Typing and reading on my phone is slow and annoying and I only have gtalk not msn. Can't download films or use youtube on phone cos of data contract.

What should I doooo?

Does the place you are staying have a complementary pen/pencil or pad of paper, or any shops nearby where you could purchase a cheap set thereof? I find 'drawing stuff' is my activity-of-last-resort and can usually be achieved somehow.

I more or less combined all the suggestions by acquiring complimentary paper from reception and then using it to write mildly pornographic poetry. :D
