I took out the trash today and I'm on fire...

Today? Today has been a Good Day. In so many little ways.

I got up in the morning. I did productive work and then ate the food that vampire_kitten made for me. I went to the library. I did productive work. I came home. I went and sat out on Addison's Walk and read Shakespeare and there were ducklings that went peep peep peep and looked at my shoes and also Hamlet. I engaged in a small but personally significant act of religious worship. I came home. I put the laundery on. I made food. All in all I've done about ten hours work today and I could get in another couple but I might just watch babylon five instead.

It's three days before my finals start.

I'm calm. I'm not just calm, I'm happy. I'm not just happy, I'm joyful.

I can cope with anything the world can throw at me. That's what it feels like. God, I remember the week before my mods, and hysterical tears most evenings, and not doing any work because I was too scared to work.

Well. This time round, I worked through the fear and then I worked through the apathy and now I just feel - I dunno. Indescribable.

I read, on Addison's, until I realised that the only reason I could see to read was because the moon was so bright. God, I love this, and I don't regret that it's coming to an end, and I'm glad I've done this and I'm looking forward to what comes next.

Prayer, rather than ritual. Which is a Thing I am still getting used to the idea of.

Was walking down Addison's, and at one specific point, a beam of sunlight hit the path between the trees. On the way back, at the same spot, a beam of moonlight was streaming accross the path, coming through the trees from the other side. And there were all the elements that are important to me, sun and moon and trees and light and water. And I stopped, and... accepted the blessing, I guess. Said a few probably very insignificant words. :)
